A Ritual For Infertility:
It is possible, through ritual, for a fertile woman to help a Coven Sister overcome this obstacle. Conception is also referred to in some magick as "The Act of Godhood", for it is the creation of life itself. The very act of sexual intercourse, especially Conscious Conception, is this act, and is inseparable from the rituals involved.
This is a variation of a Fertility and Conception Ritual for witches encountering infertility.
A Fertility Altar should be prepared. This altar needs to be designed to evoke not only being fertile, or able to conceive, but also the act of conception and the resulting pregnancy, labor, and deivery. Visualizing the entire process completing successfully will help you fully envoke the needed energies to complete the act. This can include things like a nursing bra, a closeup image of a child being delivered, even a photoshop of you made to look pregnant if you have those skills, or know someone with those skills.
The ritual should be timed for the supplicant witches ovulation, or her desired ovulation time if this is not happening regularly.
Ideally, her Seedbearer should also be in attendance, but if he can not be then the ritual may still be performed with sexual intercourse following as soon after as possible.
Some items to consider for the altar.
The Center Of The Altar Should Be Considered The Womb Of The Altar And Represents The Womb Of The Infertile Woman.
A Black Candle In The Upper Left Of The Altar - Representing Lady Lilith, this candle should be elevated upon a candle holder.
A White Candle In The Upper Right Of The Altar - Representing Lord Lucifer, this candle should be elevated upon a candle holder.
A Womb - To Represent Where The Child Will Grow - This may be a box, a jar, anything that to you represents YOUR womb.
Two White Candles - To Represent The Milk From Your Breasts, placed above and to the sides of the womb of the altar.
Two Yellow or Gold Candles - To Represent Your Ovaries, The Source Of Your Eggs. These should be to the sides of the womb. You may also use two eggs if you wish.
Three Green Candles - To Represent Fertility. One above the womb, one above each of the ovary candles/eggs.
A Red Vagina Candle or Vaginal Fertility Image - To Represent Mentruation, How Seed Reaches Your Womb, and The Blood Of Birth. This should be placed directly below the womb. It is ideal to use a red vagina candle.
A White Candle - To Represent The Seed You Are Given. This should be placed between the vaginal fertility image/vagina candle and the womb if you are planning on sexual intercourse for conception, as the seed is delivered at the entrance to your womb. It is placed below the vaginal fertility image if you are planning other-than-intercourse insemination.
A Phallic Image - To Represent The Means By Which You Will Be Given Seed. This should also include a scrotum, the means in which the seed is created. This goes below the Vaginal Fertility Image
Another Green Candle - Place By The Scrotum Or Base Of The Phallic Image, to represent the fertility of the seed source.
1 or 2 Small Glass Dishes - If you know the cause of your infertility, these should be placed in those positions. If a fallopian tube issue, place between the womb and the yellow/gold candles. If an issue with the cervix or the womb itself, place between the white candle and the womb. If an issue with one ovary, place the dish adjacent to the yellow/gold candle representing the ovary in question. If with both, place dishes adjacent to both yellow/gold candles. If it is unknown, place between the white candle and the womb.
If you know the cause of your intfertility, write it upon one or two pieces of paper or parchment. These will be burned in the glass dish(es) representing the infertility. If you do not know the cause, write "OBstacle To Conception". The capitalization is intentional, to bring to mind Obstetrical- relating to childbirth and the processes associated with it.
A ritual bed should be prepared adjacent to the altar.
To begin the ritual, you and the other witches participating with you should disrobe completely. The witch desiring fertility should pick one among her sisters to be her partner in the ritual. It is most ideal if this partner is already pregnant and has colostrum ready, or has been recently pregnant and is lactating.
The supplicant witch should kneel before the altar. All of the other witches should form a semi-circle behind her. Her partner witch for the ritual may be beside her or even in front of the altar.
A gong should be struck and the phrase "I call upon the powers of the universe to attend me and my will"

The candles representing Lucifer and Lilith should be lit.

Let my sister come forth to the bed, that I may take her in the embrace of Lilith and share with her of my fertility, that we may share power, strength, and pleasure, that she may prepare for the seed of the Seedbearer.
(The two witches should take their positions on the altar bed. They should initially face each other, and the supplicant witch should suckle from the breasts of her ritual partner. Both should take pleasure in this and feel no embarassement.) The other witches should gather around them. The seedbearer should also witness.
The supplicant witch and her ritual partner will spread their legs apart with their left legs up, rub their vaginal areas together, and make love in the scissor position. This is the Embrace of Lilith. The Embrace of Lilith is a position of power, strength, and pleasure for witches. It allows them to create and share fantastic energies together and may be used in many rituals.
It is highly symbolic if the pregnant partner remains more upright while the supplicant witch lays back.
Both should orgasm as many times as desired. The other witches may masturbate to contribute their energies if they desire, but the focus must be on the supplicant witch. If the Seedbearer is present, he should not masturbate.
If the Seedbearer if not present - when the supplicant witch and her ritual partner feel they have reached their maximum energy, they may then rest together while the other witches retire from the area.
If the Seedbearer is present and intercourse is the desired conception method, the ritual parner should rise from the bed and allow the Seedbearer to take his place and enter the Supplicant Witch. They should complete sexual intercourse and then be allowed to remain together on the altar bed as the other witches retire from the area. The other witches of their coven family may also wish to remain.
What if the supplicant witch is lesbian?
If the supplicant witch does not desire full intercourse with the Seedbearer (is part of a lesbian family and does not wish it, for example), she can lay on her back with her legs apart while her parner holds her vaginal lips apart. The Seedbearer may kneel between her legs and masturbate directly over her vaginal entrance. Before he ejaculates, he should say "I give you my seed in the name and stead of Satan". His seed should be directed into her vagina as much as possible.
If she is willing to allow him to touch his penis to her vaginal entrance, her chances of conception greatly improve. Her best chance comes if he can fully enter her. These methods may also be used by lesbian families that are not facing fertility challenges. It avoids the costs of medical intervention inseminations.
If medical insemination is desired, it should be scheduled as soon as possible after the supplicant witch and her ritual partner have completed the Embrace of Lilith.
